Hello all. The idea behind this blog is to in a way detail the commuting options available to Staten Islanders. As a reference, I am going to research the commuting options for past and present job interviews that I go on. During lulls, I think I will also pull a random job from Monster.com, or other job listing sites where I can get the address of a potential employer (not the recruiter), and do the same.

The rationale behind this is because I believe there is too much emphasis being put on adding more mass transit options for the Staten Island to/from Manhatten commute. I believe if the time, energy, and money being thrown at only that commute is redirected elsewhere, that everyone’s commute would actually get better.
